人的理性、意识、思想等特征,使人追问生命的意义和行动的价值理由,人的生活和行为需要某种价值的支撑和文化的归属。人生活在意义世界中的价值特性,决定了其对行为规则正当性的诉求。毋庸置疑,社会倡导人们遵守和信奉诚信道德以及诚信要获得社会成员忠诚地遵守,首先需要解决诚信道德的正当性问题,以增强社会成员对诚实信用这一道德价值原则的诚服和践行的动力。本文拟从德性论、义务论、功利论的伦理思想的三个维度为诚信道德的正当性作出理论的辩护。

The legitimacy of integrity morality is the value basis on which it gains loyalty and obedience from members of a society.In order to argue for the legitimacy of integrity morality,we should not only trace the source of integrity morality with a genetic method so as to inquire its necessity for a society,but also elaborate several arguments which different moral theories set forth for integrity morality,with an approach of theoretical analysis.In western ethical thoughts,Aristode's virtue ethics,Kant's deontology,Bentham and Mill's classical utilitarianism are three influential doctrines.Although these three doctrines have their own characteristics and even conflict with each other on some issues,they all provide theoretical arguments for the legitimacy and universality of integrity morality within their own frameworks.
