"Modern materialism" established by Marx and Engels,is to answer the significant and fundamental problem of philosophy "the relation between thinking and being" from the perspective of "men of action in the course of history".Therefore,the true connotation of "modern materialism" is historical materialism,and only historical materialism is the worldview of "no longer philosophy" said by Engels.The worldview of historical materialism includes:the interpretation principle is history,the core idea is life determines consciousness,the basic content is the connotative logic of history,the value demand is human emancipation,the theory demand is changing the world.
