<正> 本世纪50年代,美国语言学家乔姆斯基(Noam Chomsky 1928—)提出了一种新的语言学理论——转换生成语法(Transformational-generative grammar)。这种理论以它新的思想观念,新的研究方法引起了语言学界的普遍关注,被称为“乔姆斯基革命”,这场革命不仅冲击着语言学领域本身,而且对计算机科学、心理学、哲学等各个领域都产生了深刻的影响。本文拟从哲学和方法论的角度,对乔姆斯基语言学的基本思想和方法作简略地介绍和评述,以就教于读者。
